Global Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
Nikki Singh is a Senior Director on the Global Diversity & Inclusion team at Visa. In this role, she is responsible for setting the global gender equality strategy for the company, running the corporate Gender Inclusion Council, collaborating with women-focused employee resource groups, partnering with all Business Functions & more.
She began her career in D&I while on a go-share program focusing on implementing a new leadership immersion experience focused on inclusion and executed the global rollout across the company. Prior to HR, she worked in strategic sales as an Account Executive in Visa’s Merchant business where she managed global airline accounts including Emirates, Etihad and British Airways.
Before Visa, she has had experiences across multiple sectors (consumer goods, e-commerce and payments) at both large and startup companies. She excels at operating at the intersection of technology, partnership & marketing. She previously worked at CommonBond, a fintech startup in marketplace lending, where she focused on growing the in-school student loan portfolio. She was also at an Amazon subsidiary, Quidsi, managing their largest e-commerce site Diapers.com. She had P&L ownership over the core baby products & managed the relationships with P&G, Kimberly Clark & more.
Nikki worked at American Express where she launched numerous innovative products in pilot including Bluebird (a digital banking alternative) in partnership with Wal-Mart and Amex Express Checkout (a digital wallet solution) with Ticketmaster.com & Newegg.com. She also worked on the team that set the strategy & execution plan for EMV migration in the US.
Nikki has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Finance from New York University. She believes in the value of mentorship and has served in this capacity for multiple non-profits including Resolution Project & Streetwise Partners.
